No. Petmo is a private car service focused on scheduled, professional transportation. Same day transportation available upon availability.

Your driver does not accept payment for any ride. Your payment information will be taken during the booking process whether you book by email, or by phone. Tips are included. You are welcome to give your driver an additional cash tip. Thank you.
To modify or cancel a reservation for an upcoming trip, email reservations at “reservations at gopetmo.com” with the booking confirmation number in the subject line and let us know what you need.
All cancellations for human local transfers booked in our vehicles must be received at least three (3) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee which will be charged to your card on file.
Sorry. No refunds, no partial refunds for any services rendered. If you have a concern about your Petmo ride, we will be happy to resolve it, and offer a credit for a future ride.
Please note that we do not offer refunds after a reservation has been booked; however, a credit can be issued to your file for future use.
